Payouts
How payouts work, in full.
The schedule, the minimum, the split and the conditions, written down before you buy anything. A payout policy you only find out about after you have passed is not a policy you could judge.
Terms as published on 19 October 2026.
At a glance
| Account Gains | 75/25 in your favour. 90/10 with the Account Gains Upgrade, bought at purchase |
|---|---|
| First payout | Available after 7 days |
| After that | A 7-day cycle |
| Minimum payout | 2% of account size. That is $500 on a $25,000 account |
| How much you withdraw | All of the eligible amount. Partial withdrawals are not supported |
| While a payout is processing | The account is paused for trading, from your request until the payout is approved and processed |
| After a payout | No lock or reset beyond that pause |
| Before your first payout | An identity check (KYC) |
A worked example
Take a $25,000 account on the standard 75/25 split. The minimum payout is 2% of account size, so a request needs at least $500 of eligible Account Gains behind it. If the eligible amount is $800, you request all $800 and your 75% share is $600. You cannot take $500 now and leave $300 for later; withdrawals are all-or-nothing.
This shows how the arithmetic works. It is not a projection. Most people do not pass the evaluation, and an account that never reaches the minimum never makes a payout.
The conditions that matter
Identity check
You have to pass a "know your customer" (KYC) check. Under the Client Terms, if you fail it, withdrawals are rejected, gains are forfeited and the account is closed. Have your documents ready before your first request, not after.
If an account is breached
Where the Client Terms allow a withdrawal on a breached account, you have 60 days from the settlement date of those gains to request it. After 60 days with no request, the balance resets to zero and the gains are forfeited. Do not leave it.
Customer credit instead of a payout
You can choose to take an eligible payout as customer credit instead. That choice is final once accepted and cannot be turned back into a payout. The credit must be used within one year, and any unused part expires.
Account limit
No one person may hold more than $1 million in active evaluation or funded plans at once.
Conduct
The Client Terms list prohibited trading practices. Accounts that use them can be reviewed, closed, and lose the associated gains. Read that section before you trade, not when a payout is pending.
Questions to ask any firm before you pay
Payout terms are where this category is weakest. Some firms publish no payout schedule, no minimum and no time limit before checkout. Some require two phases to pass, not one. These are the questions worth answering before you buy from anyone, with our answers next to them.

Which document governs
Evaluations are provided by Prop Account, LLC under its Client Terms & Policies. This page sums up the payout parts of those terms and of our rulebook in plain language. If this page and the Client Terms ever disagree, the Client Terms govern, and we will fix this page. The date at the top shows when we last checked it.
