Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-09-15.
This policy explains what Your Call Markets ("we," "us," "our") collects through yourcallmarkets.com, why, and what choices you have about it. It does not cover the platform provider's own systems once you are trading a live evaluation — that provider has its own privacy terms, presented to you separately during account setup.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Waitlist signup: the email address you submit, and, if present, the marketing channel that brought you to the site (a tagged campaign source or the referring site — never the specific page path you came from beyond that).
- Support requests: whatever you include in an email to support@yourcallmarkets.com — typically your email address and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Essential site function: your theme preference (light or dark) and, for the duration of your browser session only, the first marketing link that brought you to the site, so a waitlist signup can be attributed to the campaign that earned it. This is stored in your browser only and is never combined into a cross-session profile.
- Analytics and advertising, only where you have consented (see Section 3): page views and on-site events through Google Analytics 4, delivered via Google Tag Manager, and conversion measurement through the Meta Pixel. These may set cookies and collect your IP address, device and browser information, and pages viewed.
2. Why we collect it
To notify you when evaluations open (waitlist email), to respond to your questions (support email), to keep the site usable across visits (theme preference), to understand which marketing channels are actually working so we can spend our budget on what helps traders find us (attribution and analytics), and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your waitlist email for anything other than the notification you signed up for and, if you reply, direct correspondence with you.
3. Cookies and consent
A cookie banner appears on your first visit. Declining turns off Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measurement for your visit; essential functions (theme, first-touch attribution for a waitlist signup) do not depend on that consent because they never leave your browser tied to an identity. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for yourcallmarkets.com and reloading the page. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland see analytics and advertising cookies denied by default until they actively opt in.
4. Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and program. Each processes data only for the purpose stated:
- Cloudflare — hosting, the waitlist storage, and DNS/email routing.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) — site measurement, where you have consented.
- Meta — advertising measurement, where you have consented.
- SendGrid — delivering the waitlist notification and any support email replies.
- Our platform provider — only if and when you register for an evaluation directly with them; that registration is a separate relationship governed by their own terms.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until evaluations open and the notification is sent, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. Support correspondence is kept as long as reasonably needed to resolve your request and meet our own record-keeping obligations. Analytics data follows Google's and Meta's own retention settings for our accounts.
6. Your choices
Email support@yourcallmarkets.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on a deletion request within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep something for legal or accounting reasons. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the rights given to you under GDPR or the UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes, and note material changes on the Learn page.
