Terms of Service — Your Call

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at yourcallmarkets.com and the evaluation program described on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Your Call Markets ("Your Call Markets," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Your Call Markets does not offer the Service to residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries or any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. You represent that your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you.

2. What the Service is

Your Call Markets offers access to a simulated trading evaluation program, delivered on infrastructure operated by a third-party platform provider. Evaluations are conducted on simulated accounts and do not involve real capital. The complete rules governing an evaluation — account sizes, the Equity Growth Target, drawdown limits, the per-event cap, and payout mechanics — are published on the rulebook page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a conflict exists between marketing copy anywhere else and the rulebook, the rulebook governs.

Your Call Markets is not the platform provider, does not itself host the simulated trading environment, and does not control the data feeds, order-matching, or platform infrastructure the evaluation runs on. We are responsible for the accuracy of what we publish about the program; we are not responsible for the platform provider's technology.

3. Fees and payment

Evaluation fees are shown on the pricing page at the time you purchase. A fee buys one attempt at the evaluation described in the rulebook for the account size you select — it is not a deposit, and passing the evaluation does not entitle you to withdraw the fee itself. Add-ons purchased alongside an evaluation (an Account Gains Upgrade or Double Time) are priced and described at the time of purchase and are non-transferable to a different evaluation.

Refund eligibility, if any, is stated at the point of purchase for a given offer. Absent a specific stated refund term, fees are final once an evaluation has started.

4. Account conduct

You agree not to:

Share, sell, or transfer evaluation or funded-account access issued to you;
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform provider's systems or the yourcallmarkets.com website;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the platform provider's own rules, which the rulebook summarizes;
Misrepresent your identity or eligibility when registering.

Violation of this section, or of the rules described on the rulebook page, may result in suspension or termination of your access without a refund.

5. No investment advice

Nothing on yourcallmarkets.com, in the Service, or in any communication from us is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, commodity, or contract. Any figures, examples, or hypothetical outcomes shown are illustrative only. See the risk disclosure for a fuller statement of the risks involved in attempting an evaluation.

6. Intellectual property

The yourcallmarkets.com website, its design, text, and the rulebook content are owned by Your Call Markets or licensed to it. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome — including passing an evaluation — will occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Call Markets and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Your Call Markets harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms, the rulebook, or the Service itself from time to time. Where a change is material, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, note the change on the Learn page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your home jurisdiction that applies regardless of choice of law.
